Delete Agency User Account > Step-by-Step

To remove an Agency user account and login ID permanently:

1.       Login to eGrants as an Agency User Administrator.

2.       If you have access to more than one Program Office, the Select Program Office window appears.  Click SELECT beside the appropriate Program Office. 

3.       From the main menu bar, click Administration > User Management.  The User Agency Summary screen appears.

4.       To delete a user, click the Delete icon Description: 00x in the row beside the user name.  The system prompts you for verification before deleting the user.

5.       Click OK to remove the user and login ID permanently.
