After receiving your eGrants login and password, follow the instructions below to open a new session.
To start your eGrants session:
1. Open an Internet browser window (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome).
2. Go to the eGrants website:

From the Pennsylvania Department of Education home page (www.education.state.pa.us):
Click Online Services. Click eGrants.

In the browser address window, type http://www.eGrants.pa.gov/ and
press ENTER.
TIP: Add the eGrants website as a new desktop shortcut or save it as an Internet access for fast return.
3. The eGrants login screen appears.
4. Complete the fields.

Type your unique user login for the new user. If you do not have a login, contact your Agency User Administrator. |

Type your password. Note that passwords are case-sensitive. |

To store your login credentials on your personal computer, click the checkbox. The login information will be saved and retrieved each time you open eGrants. Do not check the option if you share a computer with another user. |
5. Click Login. The Select Program Office window displays all Program Offices that provide access to your Agency. You must select a Program Office to proceed.
6. Click the SELECT button beside the Bureau to proceed to its Start page.
