Applying for an eGrants Account

Most educational institutions in Pennsylvania are already registered as “Agencies” with the Department of Education. 

If yourAgency is registered in eGrants, an Agency User Administrator has been assigned to manage your account.  Contact your User Administrator to obtain a new login and password. 

After your account is created, you can login to eGrants immediately.  You can view information only for the current Agency and its available Program Offices.  If you require access to another Program Office or to another Agency to perform peer reviews, contact your Program Office User Administrator.

Note that Program Office User Administrators and eGrants system administrators also can create new Agency users, upon request. 

UNIQUE LOGIN ID AND REGISTRATION:  Login IDs cannot be reused.  If you no longer represent an Agency, your login ID will be deactivated.  If you register as a user for a different Agency employer, you will receive a new eGrants login ID and password.
