When you create a project, entry of at least one Agency contact is required.
After the project is saved, you can assign multiple Primary or Secondary contacts. Be sure to list all important Agency contacts to assist the Program Office with communications throughout the review and awarding processes.
To add or remove Agency contacts assigned to a project.
1. Verify the Program Office in the upper right corner. To change the program office, click the link to open the Select Program Office window. Click SELECT beside a Program Office.
2. Verify the Program Year in the upper right corner. To change the year, click the link to open the Select Program Year window. Choose a new year and click OK.
3. From the main menu, click Grants Management. The dropdown menu appears.
4. Click Grant Application Summary. The Grant Application Summary screen appears.
5. Click the arrow beside a program name to expand its group and view all projects currently in-process.
6. Click
the Select icon
in the row
to view full details for a project. The Project Detail
screen appears.
7. In the Administrative Functions pane on the right, click Contact Information. The Project Contacts screen appears. Agency Contact Information appears in the upper grid.
1. Click the Add Agency Contact button in the upper grid. The Add Agency Contact to Project window appears.
2. Complete the fields.

Click the Primary Contact checkbox to indicate that the person is a primary contact for this project. Primary contacts receive automatic notifications of events as the application is processed through the eGrants system. |

Click the Secondary Contact checkbox to indicate that the person is a secondary contact for this project. Secondary contacts are listed on the Agency Contact Information grid for reference only.. |
3. Click Save. The window closes and the new contact appears in the Agency Contact Information selection grid. Continue to add contacts, if needed.
1. To
remove a contact from the selection grid, click the delete icon
in
the contact’s row.
2. The system prompts you for verification before removing the contact. Click OK to remove the selection as a contact for the project. Note that only the contact assignment is removed from the project; the user is not deleted from the system.
Click Back to Grant Application Detail to return to the Grant Application Detail screen.
