Viewing and Editing Grant Application Contact Information

Complete contact information for the Program Office and your Agency are accessible from every Grant Application Detail screen.

When you view grant applications, the Contact Information link displays both the Program Office contacts and the Agency contact assigned when the grant application was created.  Additional contacts for your Agency can be added, if needed.

NOTE:  For fast reference of Program Office information, you also can click the Contacts tab located on the Grant Program Dashboard.  From the main menu, click Grants Management > Grant  Summary.  Select a grant to view its dashboard.  Click the Contacts tab to view the Program Office contacts.

View Grant Application Contact Information > Step-by-Step

To view information on Agency contacts responsible for the grant application and Program Office contacts for the grant:

1.       Verify the Program Office in the upper right corner.  To change the program office, click the link to open the Select Program Office window.  Click SELECT beside a Program Office.

2.       Verify the Program Year in the upper right corner.  To change the year, click the link to open the Select Program Year window.  Choose a new year and click OK.

3.       From the main menu, click Grants Management.  The dropdown menu appears.

4.       Click Grant Application Summary.  The Grant Application Summary screen appears.

5.       Click the arrow beside a grant name to expand its group and view all projects currently in-process. 

6.       Click the Select icon Description: 00padpencil in the row to view full details for a grant application.  The Grant Application Detail screen appears.

7.       In the Administrative Functions pane on the right, click Contact Information.  The Grant Application Contacts screen appears.

8.       Agency Contact Information appears in the upper grid.  Program Office Contact Information appears in the lower grid.

Last Name

Read-only

The contact’s full name appears in the grid for reference.  To add an Agency contact, click Add Agency Contact.

Title

Read-only

The Title maintained in eGrants appears for reference.

Phone

Read-only

The contact’s area code and Phone number appear for reference.

Email

Active Link

The contact’s Email address appears.  Click the email address to open your Email program and create a new email addressed to the contact.

9.       After viewing the contact information, click Back to Grant Application Detail to return to the Grant Application Detail screen.
