The Grant Dashboard screen displays full information about a selected grant. It serves as the starting point for applying for Agency approval or creating a new grant application.
To view the details for a selected grant:
1. From the main menu, click Grants Management. The dropdown menu appears.
2. From the main menu, click Grants Management > Grant Summary. The Grant Summary screen appears.
3. Click
the Select icon
in the row
to view full details for a listed grant. The Grant Dashboard
screen appears.
You may view the information or use the options in any order.
4. View the details for the grant. Note that all information is assigned by the Program Office and cannot be changed.

Begin

Date |
The Begin Date and End Date show the active period for the grant. All reported educational services and expenses for which funding is applied must occur within the active grant period. |
Apply Start Date |

The Apply Start Date indicates the first date grant applications can be submitted to the Program Office. Note that your Agency may create a grant application, complete the questions and save the grant application before the posted date. However, the Submit process is not active until the date displayed. |
Submit End Date |
Date |
All new grant applications must be completed and submitted before the Submit End Date that appears. The Submit process becomes inactive after that date. Note that corrections or revisions requested by the Program Office may be resubmitted after the date as long as the original grant application is submitted on time. |
5. To view or select grant applications already in-process for the current grant, click the Grant Applications tab. For most grants, only one grant application can be submitted to apply for the assigned allocation.
6. View the details for any grant applications your Agency has started. For most grants, only one grant application is listed. If your Agency is a nonmember lead managing one or more consortium grant applications, several grant applications may be listed.
7. To
select a grant application for viewing or editing, click its Select
icon
.
8. Click the Contacts tab above the main display to view the Program Office contacts for the grant.
Review the contact information as needed. Click the Email link for a contact to open a new email window and create an email quickly.

9. Depending on the grant’s status, buttons for different Tasks may appear on the right side of the screen.

If your Agency has been added to the Approved Agencies list, click Create Grant Application to create a new grant application for submission. Be sure to verify all details on the grant before starting the application process. Make sure a grant application for the same grant has not been started on behalf of your Agency. |
Agency Register |

If your Agency has not been added to the Approved Agencies list, click Agency Register for consideration. A notification is sent to the Program Office for review. If approved, the Create Grant Application is available for selection. |
10. To exit the current Grant Dashboard, select another option from the main menu. Click Grants Management > Grant Summary to return to the Grant Summary to select another grant.
