Follow these instructions only if your Agency has not registered as an eGrants user with the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
Before using eGrants, your educational institutional must be registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and be included in the Educational Names and Addresses (EdNA) registry. If you are not included in the EdNA registry, go to www.edna.ed.state.pa.us toregister.
To register as a new eGrants Agency user:
1. Verify that your Agency does not have an existing eGrants account.
2. Go to the eGrants website:

From the Pennsylvania Department of Education home page (www.education.state.pa.us):
Click Online Services. Click eGrants.

In the browser address window, type http://www.eGrants.pa.gov/ and
press ENTER.
TIP: Add the eGrants website as a new desktop shortcut or save it as an Internet favorite for fast return.
3. The eGrants login screen appears.
4. Click Register. The New Agency Use Registration window appears.
5. Complete the fields.

To use eGrants, your Agency must be authorized by at least one Pennsylvania Department of Education Program Office. Click the drop and click the Program Office. After creating an Agency account with eGrants, you can request access to additional Program Offices. |

Administrator Login |

A User Administrator from your Agency must be assigned. The User Administrator is responsible for creating and managing all users for your Agency. Type a unique login ID using up to 32 characters, including numerals or punctuation marks. Do not use spaces. |

A password for the User Administrator account is required. Type a unique password using up to 16 characters, including at least one numeral or punctuation mark. Do not use spaces. Passwords are case-sensitive. |

6. Click Register.
After you have registered as an eGrants Agency User Administrator, confirmation and additional instructions will be emailed to the address entered.
