Add (New)
In selection grids and entry screens, click the add symbol to create a new record or add a new selection to the list.
Comment, Add
Click the icon to open an entry window and add a new comment.
Comment, Delete
Click the icon to delete a comment.
Complete
The star indicates that a grant section or task is complete.
Complete
The checkmark indicates that a grant area has been marked complete.
Decline / Remove
In selection grids and lists, click the red X to remove an item or an association. Note that the record is removed from the current selection list but it is not deleted from the database.
Delete
In selection grids, click the trash can to delete an item permanently. The system prompts for verification before removing the record from the database.
Edit / Select for Editing
In selection grids, click the pad and pencil to move to an editing screen or window and enter information for an item.
Export
In selection grids and set-up screens, click the right arrow to export table or spreadsheet information.
Help
In any screen or grid, click the question mark to view available help text.
Import
In selection grids and set-up screens, click the left arrow to import table or spreadsheet information.
Information
In grant displays and previews, click the icon to view additional information about the selected entry or type of data.
Click the printer icon to print the current eGrants screen display.
Refresh
In selection grids, click the Refresh icon to update the entry list.
Save
In data entry screens and windows, click the Save button to save your entry to the eGrants database.
Select / View Detail
In selection grids and list, click the checkmark to select an item and/or view its detail screen.
User Profile
Click the user profile icon on any screen to view your personal profile information.
Warning
The system displays a yellow warning symbol to alert you of tasks or data that may require your attention before you proceed.
