If needed, Program Office User Administrators can reset a Program Office user’s password. Program Office Agency User Administrators can reset an Agency user’s password.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD OPTION: Users can generate a new password on their own. If a user forgets a password, he or she can simply click the Forgot Password option on the eGrants login screen. The system resets the password and emails instructions with a new temporary password.
