About Agency Accounts

eGrants is a secured Internet system.  In order to protect user privacy, information about each Agency is secured by user type and by Agency assignment.

When a new account is created for you, only information for your specific Agency is available.

Your Agency User Administrator is responsible for creating your account, assigning your privileges and making your account available for use.

You will receive a unique login ID that identifies you as a member of the Agency.  Your login ID and password protect your personal information and the work you perform.  Do not share your login ID and password.

You can maintain your own personal information, personalize your eGrants settings, and manage your password.

Before You Start

You must have a current eGrants login and password to review available grant programs and submit an application.

Only employees and representatives of educational institutions and community organizations recognized by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are authorized to use eGrants

Access to and availability of information are managed and monitored by Program Offices within the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

To access eGrants, you must obtain a login and password from your Agency’s eGrants User Administrator.  If your Agency is not registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, follow the instructions on the Pennsylvania Department of Education website, www.education.pa.state.us.
