Add Consolidated Sub Grant Applications > Step-by-Step

After creating a consolidated grant application, use the Grant Application Detail screen to add one or more grant applications.

To add a grant application:

1.       Verify the Program Office in the upper right corner.  To change the program office, click the link to open the Select Program Office window.  Click SELECT beside a Program Office.

2.       Verify the Program Year in the upper right corner.  To change the year, click the link to open the Select Program Year window.  Choose a new year and click OK.

3.       From the main menu, click Grants Management.  The dropdown menu appears.

4.       Click Grant Applications.  The Grant Application Summary screen appears.

5.       Click the arrow beside a grant name to expand its group and view all grant applications currently in-process. 

6.       Click the Select icon in the row to view full details for the consolidated grant application.  The Grant Application Detail screen appears.

The Sub Grant Applications grid appears at the bottom of the screen.

7.       Click the Add Sub Grant Applications button.  The Add  Sub Grant Applications window appears.

All available grants are listed on the left side of the window under Select Available Grant.

8.       Click a program to highlight it.

9.       Click the Select Grant Application Type dropdown arrow.  Click the appropriate project type to select it.

10.   If your Agency is a consortium lead for this project, click the checkbox.

11.   Click the Select button.

12.   The window closes and the new subprogram appears in the Sub Grant Applications pane.

To remove a program, click the Delete icon Description: 00x in the row.  The system prompts for verification before removing the member. 

13.   To consolidate more programs, click the Add Sub Grant Applications button.

14.   To view the subprojects associated with the consolidated project, click the Select icon Description: 00selectproject beside the project name.

15.   Click Back to Grant Application Detail to return to the Grant Application Detail screen.
