If a consolidated grant application has been created, use its Grant Application Detail screen to move quickly to any of its grant applications for viewing, editing and tracking.
To view sub grant applications within a consolidated project:
1. Verify the Program Office in the upper right corner. To change the program office, click the link to open the Select Program Office window. Click SELECT beside a Program Office.
2. Verify the Program Year in the upper right corner. To change the year, click the link to open the Select Program Year window. Choose a new year and click OK.
3. From the main menu, click Grants Management. The dropdown menu appears.
4. Click Grant Application Summary. The Grant Application Summary screen appears.
5. Click the arrow beside a grant name to expand its group and view all grant applications currently in-process.
6. Click
the Select icon
in the row
to view full details for the consolidated grant application. The
Grant Application Detail
screen appears.
For consolidated projects, the Consolidated Sub Grants pane appears on the right side of the screen.
7. To
view the sub grant applications associated with the consolidated grant
application, click the Select icon
beside
the grant application name.
8. The Grant Application Detail screen for the selected grant application appears.
9. Click any option to view or edit the content, signoffs, routing information or documents.
10. To return to the consolidated grant application screen, click the Back to Consolidated Apps Menu above the content pane on the left.
