Table questions and budget table questions are designed to collect information in table format.

You can add any number of rows (line items) to the table as needed to enter your table entries or budget entries.
All text fields enable the use of copy, cut and paste functions. Copy (CTRL+C), cut (CTRL+X) and paste (CTRL+V) to insert text from other fields or other documents.
Most budget questions contain a combination of dropdown selections (function codes and object codes) and regular data entry fields. Other specialized tables may be used to collect information of various types.
1. From the current Grant Application Detail screen, click a section name to display its questions.
2. Click the dropdown arrow for the Function Code. Click the code to select it.
3. Click the dropdown arrow for the associated Object Code. Click the code to select it.
4. Click any additional field and type the budget Amount, Description or other data. Some fields allow only a limited number of characters. Some fields also may restrict the entry to include only numerals.
5. Use the standard arrows and editing keys to select, delete and edit text.
6. After completing the row, click Add. The new entry appears as a row below the fields.
7. Complete the fields and click Add to continue adding rows of budget information as needed. To remove a row, click Delete.
8. Continue to add rows until all budget items are entered.
As you add combinations of budget Function and Object codes, the system calculates the totals for each major division of Object codes (100, 200, 300, etc.). All budget entries in the 100 group (100, 101, 102, etc.) are subtotaled. The total amounts display in a Budget Summary table.
