After creating a consortium project, the Consortium Lead is responsible for adding all members to the project record.
To add members:
1. Verify the Program Office in the upper right corner. To change the program office, click the link to open the Select Program Office window. Click SELECT beside a Program Office.
2. Verify the Program Year in the upper right corner. To change the year, click the link to open the Select Program Year window. Choose a new year and click OK.
3. From the main menu, click Grants Management. The dropdown menu appears.
4. Click Grant Applications. The Grant Application Summary screen appears.
5. Click the arrow beside a program name to expand its group and view all projects currently in-process.
6. Click
the Select icon
in
the row to view full details for the project. The Grant
Application Detail screen appears.
The Consortium Functions pane appears on the right side of the screen.
7. Click the Consortium Members option in the Consortium Functions pane. The Consortium Member Summary screen appears.
The selection grid displays all members of the consortium. If your Agency is a participating lead, it appears in the grid. If your Agency is a non-participating lead, no members are listed in the original grid.
8. Click the Add Agencies button. The Add Member to Consortium Window displays all approved Agencies eligible to participate as members of the consortium.
9. Click one or more checkboxes to select Agencies for the consortium. Use the scroll bars to view additional Agencies, if needed.
10. After checking the boxes for all participating member Agencies, click Select. The window closes and the selected consortium members appear in the selection grid, and a message appears indicating that the members have been successfully added.
To remove a consortium member, click the
Delete icon
in the row. The
system prompts for verification before removing the member. Click
OK to remove the Agency from the list.
To add more Agencies, click the Add Agencies button.
11. Click Back to Grant Application Detail to return to the Grant Application Detail screen.
