Participating members cannot apply for funding on other independent or consortium grant applications. They can serve as Non-Participating Leads on other consortium grant applications.
Participating members are responsible for:

required by the consortium lead to complete the grant applications.
Reviewing the grant
applications before its submission.
Applying an authorized
signoff in eGrants before a grant applications is submitted.
Responding to requests
for information or corrections from the consortium lead.
Tracking and reviewing
the consortium grant applications in eGrants as needed.
