Consortium Members are responsible for reviewing and signing off grant applications entered on their behalf.
After the Consortium Lead has entered information on the grant application, each member can log into eGrants and view the entire contents of the application in read-only format.
1. Verify the Program Office in the upper right corner. To change the program office, click the link to open the Select Program Office window. Click SELECT beside a Program Office.
2. Verify the Program Year in the upper right corner. To change the year, click the link to open the Select Program Year window. Choose a new year and click OK.
3. From the main menu, click Grants Management. The dropdown menu appears.
4. Click Grant Application Summary. The Grant Application Summary screen appears.
Grant applications created directly by your Agency are listed in the upper selection grid.
Consortium grant applications created on your behalf are listed in the lower selection grid in the Consortium Member Projects tab.

in a project
row to view full details for the grant application. The Grant Application Detail
screen appears.
The blue information bar displays basic information about the grant application.
The panes on the left side of the screen display the complete contents of the grant application. Areas are presented in individual panes that can be expanded or collapsed as needed. Sections in each are display as blue links.
The right side of the screen contains panes for Administrative Functions, Consortium Functions and Documents.
2. On the left side of the screen, click a panel heading to expand it, if needed.
3. Click the Section name to open the Grant Application Detail screen.
4. Questions and answers are displayed in read-only format. Review the answers to each question. If changes are required, contact the Consortium Lead. You also can use the Post Comments option to enter a message.
5. After reviewing questions and answers the section, click Return to Grant Application Detail.
1. On the right side of the Grant Application Detail screen, click the Consortium Members option in the Consortium Functions pane.
2. The Consortium Member Summary screen displays all members of the consortium and their allocations for reference.
3. Click Return to Grand Application Detail.
1. On the right side of the Grant Application Detail screen, click the Authorized Signoff option in the Administrative Functions pane.
2. when applicable. The signoffs listed are part of the main contract documents established between the Program Office and the Consortium Lead. Consortium Members are not required to complete the information on the first tab.
3. To signoff as a consortium member, click the Consortium Member Signoff tab to display
Pending member signoffs display in the upper selection grid.
Completed member signoffs display in the lower selection grid.
The Signoff button is active only for your Agency.
4. If you have reviewed the project and agree with the information entered on your behalf, click the Signoff button beside your Agency name. The Consortium Member Signoff Window appears.
5. Verify that the information in the identification fields is correct. If the information is not correct, click Cancel and contact your Agency User Administrator.

6. The verification checkbox indicates that the information is correct and you agree to the terms of the consortium application. Click the checkbox to verify.
7. After the box is checked, the Agree button becomes active. Click the Agree button to apply your authorized signoff. Click Cancel to exit the window without applying the signoff.
8. The Authorized Signoff Summary window displays your signoff in the Completed Authorized Signoff grid.
9. Click Back to Grant Application Detail to return to the Grant Application Detail screen.
